Donations

Donations are voluntary and are used to further our charitable objectives. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Donation receipts, including 80G details where applicable, are issued subject to the required registrations being in force. Please contact us regarding any donation query or refund request.

Artisan marketplace

Product listings are provided for information and enquiry. Availability, pricing and specifications may change. In this version, purchases are arranged via enquiry (WhatsApp or email).

Community guidelines

The community is a moderated, supportive space and is not an emergency or crisis service. Be respectful; content that is harmful, abusive or unlawful may be removed. Consultant guidance is general in nature and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Content on this site, including the BL Humanity name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it without permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
